Mrs. Lani Harrell
![]() Hi! My name is Lani Harrell and I am first grade teacher that has been at Omar D. Blair since the school opened in 2004. I am married with two amazing teenagers and three dogs! I enjoy running, yoga and reading during my spare time. You may see me running around GVR as I have been living here since 2003. I am excited for all of the fun and new discoveries that I will embark on with my scholars in the classroom!
Mrs. Anne-Marie McNeal
![]() My name is Anne-Marie L. McNeal and I am a first grade teacher at Omar D. Blair Charter School. I have a husband, three beautiful children (6, 8, 11), three dogs, and have been a long time resident of Green Valley Ranch. I love hanging out with my family, football (GO NINERS!), and running. The relationships I have with my scholars and their families are incredibly important to me. The success of these relationships is vital to the success of my scholars and our classroom.
Ms. Cynthia Breceda
![]() My name is Cynthia Breceda. This is my second year as a first grade teacher at Omar D. Blair Charter School. I graduated from University of Northern Colorado, Center for Urban Education at Lowry. I was born and raised in a Mexican family here in Colorado. I love to spend time with family (including my 3 dobermans, chihuahua, fish, guinea pigs) and traveling. I am excited to meet my students and families to work together to help our scholars be successful.
Ms. Hayley Martin
![]() Hello! My name is Hayley Martin. This will be my first year as a first grade teacher at the amazing Omar D. Blair Charter School. Although being born and raised in Colorado, I decided to venture off to Missouri to acquire my degree in Elementary Education at Evangel University. Baseball, coffee, dogs, flowers, and laughing are amongst some of my favorite things. However, my family is what means the most to me! I am very excited to meet my students and their families to work together in building a strong and positive learning community.
